This article will guide you through the secure and multi-step process for withdrawing funds from your trading account to your Bank Card.
Overview of the Withdrawal Process
To ensure the safety and timely delivery of your funds, withdrawals to Bank Cards involve several processing steps. Your security is our priority, and we aim to be transparent about how your funds are handled.
- Most of the withdrawals are processed automatically and instantly.
- The verified request is then sent to the payment system and your client bank for final processing.
- Depending on how the payment system processes card transactions, different methods may be used to send the funds (direct payout or refund).

Bank Card Withdrawals
When you submit a withdrawal, our system uses a process designed to help you receive your funds as quickly as possible.
Card Withdrawal Process
- After your withdrawal request is submitted and approved, by default it will be processed via the fastest way possible.
- In most cases the withdrawals via Bank Card are sent as a Payout, only some of them might be sent as a Refund in case there are limits on the bank side.
- Payout is the standard way we return your profits or funds to your bank card. This transaction appears as a new, incoming credit on your card statement. It is a new payment from us to you.
- Refund is the standard procedure used to return the amount that matches your initial deposits made via the bank card. This transaction will typically appear on your statement as a reversal of your original deposit(s), or as a return credit.
- Please, note that in some cases your withdrawal via Bank Card can be split into several transactions.
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds follow the payment system internal processing path.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your card balance.
Note: Please remember that weekends and official holidays are not counted as business days by banks, which may extend the total processing time.
Status: Partially Completed
- In case your withdrawal via Bank Card is split and some of the transactions are canceled, your withdrawal request will be in status "Partially completed."
- The withdrawal status will automatically update as all parts of the amount are successfully completed.

Refunds for Third-Party Deposits
In accordance with our Client Agreement, using payment details that do not belong to you (such as a bank card registered to another person) is considered a third-party deposit and is not allowed.
- If a deposit was made using third-party details, the funds will be returned to the original payment details using the standard refund process.
- This action ensures compliance with financial regulations and maintains the security of your account.
Conclusion
The combination of the fastest available payout method and the standard refund method ensures that your funds reach you safely and in accordance with AML Policy. We are committed to a secure and reliable withdrawal experience.
