When you request a withdrawal from your JustMarkets account, it's important to track your progress. JustMarkets provides an easy way to monitor the status of your withdrawal requests.
Access Transaction History
To begin, navigate to the Transaction History section in your Personal Area. You can access it directly using the following link.
Filter Withdrawal Transactions (Optional)
Within the Transaction History, you can filter the displayed transactions by selecting Withdrawal as the transaction type. This step is optional but can help streamline your view.
Review Withdrawal Requests
In the Transaction History table, all your withdrawal requests are listed in descending order based on their creation date. Each withdrawal request will have a corresponding status.
Understand Withdrawal Statuses
There are four possible withdrawal statuses:

Pending: This status indicates that your withdrawal request has been created, and has been added to the queue.

Validation: Your withdrawal is being reviewed according to our AML policy.

Processing: it involves 2 steps

Your withdrawal is being checked on our side by Finance Department.

JustMarkets has successfully processed your withdrawal request, and the funds have been sent to the payment system.

Sent to Payment System: This status indicates that your withdrawal has been successfully processed by JustMarkets, and the funds have been transferred to the selected payment system. Please note that the withdrawal processing time at this stage depends on the chosen payment method.

Partially Completed: This status means that your withdrawal request has been partially processed - it has been divided into several transactions, and only part of them has been completed.

Completed: The withdrawal has been processed on the payment system's side.

Cancelled / Rejected: Unfortunately, the withdrawal was not successful. You can click on "Details" to view the advice and understand the reason for the cancellation.

Note: As soon as your withdrawal is completed, we'll notify you via email. Therefore, there's no need to continuously refresh the Transaction History page to check for updates.
Additionally, it's worth noting that our system processes some withdrawals automatically to enhance the overall speed of payouts, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
