Card is inactive/expired
If your previously used bank card is no longer active (e.g., expired, lost, or deactivated), and you wish to use a new card for withdrawals, you will need to provide confirmation of the old card’s inactivity.
We would like to inform you that the Bank Card withdrawal method is available only until you have withdrawn your initial deposit made via this method. You can use it to withdraw funds to your bank card, but only up to the total amount of your initial deposit. Once you have withdrawn the full deposit amount, this withdrawal option will no longer be available.
You can provide one of the following as proof:
- An official letter or statement from your bank confirming that the card is no longer active;
- A written confirmation from the bank stating that they are unable to provide proof of the card's inactivity;
- A screenshot from your online banking showing your full name, the last 4 digits of the inactive card, and the URL of the page, clearly indicating that the card is no longer valid.
Once we receive proper confirmation, you will be able to proceed with withdrawals to your new card.
E-wallet/payment account is inactive
If the payment account used for payments is not active or blocked, you need to provide a confirmation. It can be a screenshot with the status of the account and URL visible, it also can be a screenshot of the official email from the payment side.
Please send such confirmation to finance@justmarkets.com in order to remove your card/payment account from your Personal Area. You will receive a reply within 1 working day.
