Copy Modes

Copy Mode is a feature in JustMarkets Copytrading that allows investors to choose how much volume they want to copy from a trader’s strategy. This flexible tool is ideal for tailoring your investment to match your risk appetite and trading goals.

Investors can select from preset options such as:

• Equal (x1)
• Double (x2)
• Triple (x3)
• Custom mode (any value between 0.01 and 9999)

The selected Copy Mode determines how much of the trader’s volume is copied, and the investment amount will be multiplied accordingly.

How Does Copy Mode Work?

When selecting a Copy Mode, the system displays the required minimum investment for that mode.

• The higher the multiplier, the more volume you’ll copy from the trader.
• If using a custom Copy Mode below x1, the copied volume can not be less than 0.01 lots, and the minimum investment requirement still applies.

This gives investors flexibility to scale up or down their exposure while staying within platform requirements.

Copy Mode Examples

Assume the minimum investment for a trader is $25:

1. Equal (x1):
   • $25 minimum investment
   • Copies the same order volume as the trader
   • The trader opens 0.10 lots > investors copy 0.10 lots
2. Double (x2):
   • $50 minimum investment
   • Copies 2x the trader’s order volume
   • The trader opens 0.10 lots > investors copy 0.20 lots
3. Triple (x3):
   • $75 minimum investment
   • Copies 3x the trader’s order volume
   • The trader opens 0.10 lots > investors copy 0.30 lots

For Custom Mode less than x1 (e.g., 0.01x–0.99x):

• If an investor selects 0.01x Copy Mode and the trader opens a 2.00 lot, the investor will copy: 0.01 x 2.00 = 0.02 lots
• If the trader opens a 0.01 lot, the system rounds down to the minimum possible trade of 0.01 lot.

How to Change Copying Mode

You can change the Copy Mode for an active investment at any time.

Steps:

1. Go to your Investor Area.
2. Select the Trader you're currently copying.
3. Click the three-dot menu next to the strategy.
4. Click "Change Copy Mode".
5. Select the new mode you want to apply.

Please note:

• The new Copy Mode applies only to new trades.
• Existing trades remain under the previous copy mode.
• If you choose x2 or higher, ensure you meet the minimum investment requirement, or you’ll be asked to deposit more.
