Traders may choose to remove their trading account from participation in the JustMarkets Copytrading system at any time. This process will exclude the account from the Leaderboard and make it unavailable for new investors to subscribe.
Removing an account from Copytrading is a permanent step that ensures the strategy is no longer copied or promoted through the platform.
Conditions for Excluding
Before an account can be excluded from Copytrading, the following condition must be met:
- All open trades must be closed. If there are any active positions, the “Exclude account” button will remain disabled.
Once all positions are closed, the button will become available.
Please note:
- When an account is excluded, all Investors currently copying the strategy will be automatically unsubscribed.
- All open orders of the Investors will be closed.
- The Investors’ funds (minus any commission) will be debited to the Investor Wallet.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to the Trader Area.
- Select the Trading Account you want to remove and open the account settings.
- Scroll down and click on the “Exclude account” button at the bottom of the page.
- A confirmation popup will appear.
- Click “Exclude account” again to confirm your action.
Important Notes
- At the moment of exclusion, a commission is charged from all Investors’ accounts and transferred to the Trader Wallet.
- Exclusion is final. If you later wish to reconnect the account to Copytrading, you will need to manually set up and link the account again through the Trader Area.
