This article will help investors understand the different statuses they may encounter when copying traders through our Copytrading service. Knowing what each status means is important for managing investments effectively and ensuring full control over your Copytrading activity.
About Investor Copying Process
Investors can copy as many traders as they wish. Copying happens automatically, there is no need for Investors to actively manage trades once copying is set up.
In the Investor Area, investors can monitor all of their current investments, view the list of copied traders, and access detailed statistics on each investment.
What Are Investor Copying Statuses
Investors may experience the following statuses next to the traders they are copying:
1. No Status (Active Copying)
- If there is no label next to the trader's nickname, the investment is active and continues copying automatically.
2. On Hold
- If an investment's equity reaches zero, it will be marked as ON HOLD.
- The investor is not automatically unsubscribed from the trader.
- Available options:
- Deposit more funds to continue copying.
- Stop copying the trader manually.
3. Stopping
- When an investor clicks "Stop copying", the status changes to Stopping.
- This indicates that the system is in the process of closing all open trades and transferring the remaining funds back to the Investor Wallet.
4. Stopped
- The status Stopped means the investor is no longer copying the trader.
- Two possible reasons:
- The investor manually stopped copying.
- Copying automatically stopped due to a Stop Out (forced closure of trades due to insufficient margin).
Conclusion
