- Log into your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to Funding -> Deposit tab.
- Find and select “Bank card” from the list of the deposit methods
- Choose the trading account you would like to fund.
- Select the currency in which you want to deposit.
- Add a new card by entering the card number, card holder name, expiration date and CVV/CVC code. Alternatively, you could select one of the cards that you have used for deposit.
- Enter the desired amount and click the "Deposit" button to continue. You will be redirected to the method webpage.
- Proceed with the instructions on the screen and complete the payment.
- Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
- Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.
- Log into your Personal Area.
- Navigate on the left menu to Funding -> Withdrawal.
- Find and select “Bank card” from the list of the withdrawal methods
- Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from.
- Select your card to which you want to withdraw.
- Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
- Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email or SMS. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
- Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action. Your withdrawal request will be processed within the indicated withdrawal processing time.
We would like to inform you that the Bank Card withdrawal method is available only until you have withdrawn your initial deposit made via this method. You can use it to withdraw funds to your bank card, but only up to the total amount of your initial deposit. Once you have withdrawn the full deposit amount, this withdrawal option will no longer be available.
