- Log into your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to Funding → Deposit tab.
- Find and select “Bank Tempatan di Malaysia” from the list of the deposit methods.
- Choose the trading account you would like to fund.
- Select the Bank name that you want to use.
- Enter the desired amount and click the "Deposit" button to continue. You will be redirected to the method webpage.
- Login with your Bank credentials to enter your member area.
- Approve the transaction by authorization code from your bank application or SMS.
- Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
- Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.
Note: we support most popular Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, Duitnow and others.
- Log into your Personal Area (PA)
- Navigate on the left menu to Funding → Withdrawal
- Find and select “Bank Tempatan di Malaysia” from the list of the withdrawal methods
- Choose the trading account you would like to withdraw funds from.
- Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and enter the relevant information in the next fields.
- Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
- Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email or SMS. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
- Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action. Your withdrawal request will be processed within the indicated withdrawal processing time.
