In order to check the payment processing time, you should login to your Personal Area and go to the deposit/withdrawal page. Each payment method includes the processing time - average time when the funds are credited in case you use payment method for deposit or withdrawal. -
Submit your request via Support Hub:
- Go to Transaction History
- Click 'Details' next to the deposit request
- Click 'Get Support' button
- Select the type of the issue that you have
- Upload supporting documents such as:
- For Bank Deposits: Gather proof of the deposit transaction, such as a bank statement or a screenshot from your online banking. Ensure that your full name and bank account number are visible in the documentation.
- For Mobile Money Deposits: Provide a screenshot of your deposit's SMS confirmation, showing all transaction details clearly.

For Crypto Deposits:
- Screenshot that shows the Tx (transaction) Hash and the full address of the wallet to which the transaction was sent.
- Link to the transaction in explorers (like [https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/transactions/btc/6a649f72d6d9f9cac693d\*\*\*\*\*\*dbfc381ddc950878e5d124b48]) - it should be link in your explorer (network). You can contact your crypto provider to for assistance in obtaining the link.
Please note that if you cancel the pending deposit request for which you were already charged, the funds will not be automatically returned to your payment account. Therefore, we strongly advise not to cancel the request - its status will be updated to "Сompleted" once we receive the funds from the payment system.
