As part of our commitment to regulatory compliance and client protection, we cannot accept deposits made by third parties, as outlined in section 5.2.12 of our Client Agreement.
Legal Document Clause: According to clause 5.2.12 of the Client Agreement, the Company accepts payments only from bank cards, bank accounts, or any other account opened in the Client's name. Deposits remitted by third parties are not allowed.
This policy ensures that all deposits are made by the account holder directly, preventing potential issues related to fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized transactions.
In the event that a deposit is received from a third party, such as a relative or friend, it will be automatically refunded to the originating source. To initiate the refund process, follow these steps:
- Send an email to finance@justmarkets.com and provide details of the third-party deposit, including the amount, transaction ID, and the name of the account holder.
- The responsible team will verify the transaction details and confirm that it was indeed made by a third party.
- Once confirmed, the deposit amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 1-3 business days.
Note: Refunds for third-party deposits are processed in accordance with our Client Agreement and may be subject to additional verification procedures for security purposes.
