- Log into your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to the Funding → Deposit tab.
- From the list of deposit methods, select the method "MPESA".
- Choose the trading account and currency you would like to fund.
- Enter your phone into the "Phone number" field.
- In the "Amount" field, specify the amount you wish to deposit.
- The "To be deposited" field will display the final amount, including currency conversion.
- Complete the transaction by following the USSD instruction on your mobile phone.
- Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".
- Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.
- Log into your Personal Area (PA).
- Go to the Funding → Withdrawal tab.
- From the list of withdrawal methods, select the method "MPESA".
- Choose the trading account and currency you would like to withdraw funds from.
- Enter your phone into the "Phone number" field.
- In the "Amount" field, specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
- The "To be withdrawn" field will display the final amount, including currency conversion.
- Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.
- A transaction summary will be displayed. Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action.
