In order to change the password of your Personal Area, please perform the following actions:
- Log into your Personal Area.
- In the left menu choose "Settings" > "Security Settings".
- In the Authorization section find Password and click "Change".
- Fill in the “Current password” and “New password”.
- Click "Continue" to request a confirmation code. The code which you need to enter will be sent to your email or telephone number depending on the settings you have chosen.
- Enter the code and click the “Confirm” button.
Changing of the password is made automatically. The Personal Area password can be changed no more than once within 24 hours.
Please, note that after changing the Personal Area password, the withdrawals will not be available for 24 hours.
