The Personal Area is your central hub for managing all your trading activities with JustMarkets. It is a secure online portal where clients can create and manage their trading accounts, deposit and withdraw funds, access trading platforms, and more.
How to Login to the Personal Area
To log in to your Personal Area:
- Visit the JustMarkets website.
- Click on the "Log In" button at the top right corner.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click "Continue."
Explore the Personal Area
This is the main page that allows you to interact with and create trading accounts. Here, you can see the list of all your trading accounts, including MT4, MT5, Investor Wallet, Trader Wallet, and IB account. It is divided into two tabs:
- Real
- Demo
You can sort all the accounts using the following filters: Newest, Oldest, Highest balance, Lowest balance. You can also switch the view from the list to the grid view. There is a button "Open new account" that will allow you to open a new trading account for both MT4 and MT5. Trading account information included in the account card:
- Real/Demo tag: shows the type of the account.
- MT4/MT5 tag: shows the platform in which the account is opened.
- Account type: indicates the account type offered by JustMarkets.
- Account number: the account number of the opened trading account.
- Balance: the current balance on the trading account.
There are four buttons next to the trading account:
- Deposit: forwards to the deposit page. Visit our article to find out how to deposit — "How to deposit?"
- Withdrawal: forwards to the withdrawal page. You can find more details in the article "How to withdraw?"
- Trade: displays the login and the correct server name. Provides options to install MT or use Webtrader.

Options (3 dots button): You can select one of the options:
- Account information: details about the current trading account.
- Transfer: internal transfer between accounts.
- Change leverage: option to change the leverage on the account.
- Change password: option to change the trading account password.

- Internal Transfer: allows you to transfer funds between your accounts.
- Transaction History: the detailed history of all funding operations done in your Personal Area.
This page contains all relevant information about current contests and bonuses. It includes the following tabs:
- Trading Contests: monitor current contests, register, and track progress.
- Received Bonuses: list of all received bonuses, both active and already used.
- Promo Codes: enter promo codes received from JustMarkets for bonuses.

Leaderboard: displays all registered traders with their trading statistics. Each trader's information includes:
- Trading account (Trader's Nickname and expertise)
- Risk score
- Gain for the chosen period
- Profit and loss for the chosen period
- Investors: number of active investors
- Commission: amount set by Trader
- Trader Area: allows clients to set up an account, become a trader, and manage Trader's settings.
- Investor Area: provides short instructions for new investors on how to start copying and allows the client to manage all the traders they are copying right now.
Manage all your registered information with the following tabs:
- Personal Data: includes all information about you, such as name, date of birth, address, and phone number. Refer to the article: "How to manage my registered information?"
- Verification: allows you to complete the verification process and become a verified user. Refer to the article: "How to get verified at JustMarkets?"
- Security Settings: offers a possibility to change the settings for receiving a PIN code. Refer to the article: "What is a PIN code and how to change it?"
- Change Password: allows you to manage passwords for trading accounts or the Personal Area. Refer to the article: "What types of passwords exist?"
