You can check all your registered information in Personal Area → Settings → Personal Data.
Personal Information Verification
Once registered, the first verification step is to provide personal information such as:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Address
- City
- Phone number
Correcting Registration Mistakes
If any mistakes are made in the name, address, city, or country of residence during the registration process, they can be corrected during the ID or Residence verification. If the date of birth is incorrect, simply upload your ID for verification, and it will be updated according to the provided document.
Changing Registered and Verified Details
How to Change Your Name
- It's not possible to change your name manually in the Personal Area.
- You can create a request via Support Hub to change your name
- Attach a copy of your identity document.
- Include a selfie holding your identity document.
How to Change Your Address
- Log into your Personal Area.
- In the left menu box "Settings," choose "Personal Data."
- Click "Change" under Place of Residence: link.
- Fill in the form that appears.
- Upload a confirmation document of residence, such as a high-resolution copy of a utility bill or bank statement with your full name and current address (these documents must not be older than 6 months from the date of submission).
- You will be notified of the result via email.
How to Change Your Email
In order to change your email address, you need to complete Liveness check verification.
- Go to the page for changing email address: https://justmarkets.com/spa/settings/change-email
- Start the verification and follow on-screen instructions. You will be asked to turn on your camera to verify your identity.
- Once Liveness check is verified, you need to enter your new email address
- Confirm the 2FA pin code received on your new email address.
Note: Please, note that you cannot use the old email address for 30 days after changing it.
How to Change Your Phone number
- Go to the page for changing phone number: https://justmarkets.com/spa/settings/change-phone
- Confirm 2FA from your old phone number.
- Enter the new phone number to which you would like to change.
- Confirm received 2FA from the new phone number.
