How to Change My Name?

If you need to update your name after registration with JustMarkets, follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request: You can submit a request via Support Hub to change your name
2. Explain Reason: Clearly state the reason for changing your name in the email.
3. Attach Documents: Attach a copy of your identity document along with a selfie of you holding it in your hands.

Please pay attention that the reply will take up to 1 working day.

Note: Registering an account on behalf of someone else or under a non-legal alias is not permitted.
