If you need help with your trading account, you can file a complaint to get a solution. Here are the instructions on how to file a complaint correctly according to the Client Agreement 9.4.3.
Steps to Submit a Complaint
Include Personal Information:
- Name and Surname: Clearly state your full name as registered with JustMarkets.
- Trading Account Number: Provide the specific account number associated with the issue.
Detail the Issue:
- Time and Date: Specify when the problem occurred using the trading platform's time.
- Ticket Numbers: List the ticket numbers of the orders in question.
Describe the Problem:
- Claim Description: Write a detailed description of the issue you're facing.
- Supporting Information: Attach screenshots or any other relevant information to help resolve the complaint.
The case should be submitted here. Once we receive the email, it may take up to 5 business days to review the case.
