JustMarkets Rewards Hub is a dedicated section in your Personal Area where you can complete tasks and earn rewards. It brings all available bonuses, tasks, and vouchers together in one place, helping you earn rewards for your activity.
Under the Client Agreement and local regulations, some features may not be available in certain regions.
How to access Rewards Hub?
Log in to your JustMarkets account and go to Personal Area → Rewards Hub.
On the main page (Rewards Hub → My tasks), you can:
- view all available tasks;
- track your progress;
- see your rewards and vouchers.
How to earn rewards via My tasks?
- Go to Rewards Hub → My tasks to see available tasks.
- Each task card shows:
- task requirements;
- progress;
- time limits (if applicable);
- reward details.
- Click the info icon (i) to view full conditions and rules.
- Complete the required action.
- Click the Claim reward button.
Some rewards may be credited automatically.
Make sure to claim rewards before the claim period expires.
How to use vouchers?
- Go to Rewards Hub → My Vouchers.
- In the ongoing tab, you can view:
- vouchers awaiting activation;
- active vouchers already in use.
- Click Activate to start using a voucher and follow the instructions.
- Click the info icon (i) to view:
- voucher amount;
- conditions;
- expiry date;
- usage rules.
- Cashback or other benefits will be applied based on the voucher's terms.
How to view your history?
Task history. Go to Rewards Hub → Task history to view all completed or expired tasks, check task details and statuses, and review reward information for past tasks.
Voucher history. Go to My Vouchers → Past to see previously used or expired vouchers. Click Details to view the voucher's timeline, balance, conditions, and cashback history.
What happens if a voucher expires?
Once a voucher expires, it can no longer be used or exchanged, and its expiry date can't be extended. We recommend activating and using vouchers well before they expire.
