AML policy means preventing the use of the company's services by criminals, with the aim of money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.
For this purpose, the Company introduced a strict policy on detection, prevention, and warning of the corresponding bodies of any suspicious activities.
JustMarkets, like the majority of companies providing services in financial markets, adheres to principles of Anti-Money Laundering.
According to AML Policy:
- Withdrawing funds from the trading account via the method, which is different from the depositing method, is possible solely after withdrawing the sum, which is equal to the sum of the client's deposits via the method and to the same account used for depositing.
- If the account has been credited with funds through various payment systems, funds withdrawal shall be made on a pro rata basis commensurate to the size of each deposit.
EXAMPLE:
- The first deposit of 28 USD was made via Visa/Mastercard
- The second one of 112 USD was made via STICPAY
- And 30 USD of profit
So according to AML Policy:
- Firstly, you need to withdraw 28 USD via Visa/Mastercard
- Secondly, 112 USD via STICPAY
- After these withdrawals, you can withdraw your profit via the preferred method.
