If you want to switch your IB (Introducing Broker) partner, you can do it at any time. All you need is to fill our info in a specific form, submit your request, and verify your identity. Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps to successfully change your IB partner:
Access the partner change form
To begin the process, navigate to the partner change form here.
Understand the Form Sections
The form contains two main sections:New request
Request history
Fill out the New Request section
In this section, you will need to provide the following details:New partner code/link — enter the code or link for the new IB partner you wish to switch to.
Reason for change — choose from the available reasons for the change, such as "education," "rebate," etc.
Comment (optional) — you can add any comments or additional information here if necessary.
Submit the request
Once you've filled in the required information, click "Continue" to submit your request.
Review the Request History section
In this section, you can track the status of your past partner change requests and view the status of your current request:Pending – The request is being reviewed by the system.
Completed – The request has been successfully processed and approved.
Canceled – The request has been declined by the system or canceled by the client.
Wait for Confirmation
After your request is processed, you will receive an email notification with detailed information, and the request status will be updated in your request history.
Important Notes
If your request status shows that it's completed (partner change successful), you can submit a new request only after 12 calendar days.
If your request is canceled, you can submit a new request immediately.
You have the option to cancel your request at any time before it is processed.
