This article will help you to understand the verification process and figure out how to proceed with completing your registration with JustMarkets. Here's a complete guide on how to get verified.
Full verification is required to unlock full access to all the services and products on our trading platform.
First step of verification is confirming your Email address. After your Personal is registered email verification will allow you to access Deposit, Withdrawal page and start your first trade. Simply, go to Settings to proceed with verifying your email address. Check that everything is correct and click "Get started now". A code will be sent to your email address, enter the code in the field provided to verify it.
Next, you are required to fill in your Personal information such as your first name, last name, date of birth etc. Please, ensure that all information is correct before continuing.
Pass the Profile information questionnaire and provide details on the specified questions. This will allow us to understand your goals, trading expertise and set up our services to your needs. Once complete, confirm all information is correct by checking the box and clicking "Continue."
That's it! You will now see the “All set” screen, confirming you can deposit up to $2,000. If you want to increase your limits or to complete the whole process, click “Complete verification” to proceed to the next steps.

We have strict requirements for the documents used to verify clients:
- Documents must not be blurry. All contents must be clear, with all four corners visible.
- We accept color scan copies in various formats, including jpg, pdf, jpeg, png, gif, tif, and tiff, with a maximum file size of 10 MB and no more than 2 files at a time.
- The full list of acceptable documents is shown in the selection list during the upload process. Please make sure to select the correct document type before submitting.
JustMarkets processes all verification requests and according to the KYC policies, the document can be rejected. In order to check the rejection reason, login to your Personal Area and go to the Verification Page. You will see the verification status, together with the list of verification requests. Each request will contain the comment with the explanation from the Verification team.
