Card is inactive/expired
If the card used for payments is not active or expired, you need to provide a confirmation. It can be a bank statement that indicates your full name, the card's last 4 digits, and the information confirming the status of your card.
As an alternative, you can log in to your online banking account using a web browser and send us a screenshot from there. Please, find the page that indicates the required data on one page, as well as the information that the card is inactive/blocked, with the URL address clearly visible (e.g. https://www.example.com ).
E-wallet/payment account is inactive
If the payment account used for payments is not active or blocked, you need to provide a confirmation. It can be a screenshot with the status of the account and URL visible, it also can be a screenshot of the official email from the payment side.
Please send such confirmation to finance@justmarkets.com in order to remove your card/payment account from your Personal Area. You will receive a reply within 1 working day.
