Before proceeding with your withdrawal request, it's essential to understand the potential reasons why a withdrawal may be canceled. Here are some common scenarios of withdrawal cancellation.
- AML Policy: Withdrawals are canceled if they violate our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy. Clients must withdraw funds using the same method and account used to deposit up to the amount of their initial deposits.
- Incorrect Details: Withdrawals are canceled if incorrect bank or recipient details are provided. Ensure that withdrawal details match the information in your Personal Area and comply with our AML Policy. (Payment method, currency, and payment account must match the initial deposit.)
- Third-Party Withdrawal: Withdrawals using third-party payment accounts are restricted. Clients must provide a bank statement showing transactions to JustMarkets and the account holder's details. Send the requested document to finance@justmarkets.com following the manager's instructions.
- Insufficient Funds: Withdrawals exceeding the current equity of the trading account are canceled. Funds may be reserved for pending balance operations or maintaining open positions.
- Processing System Failure: Withdrawals may fail due to processing system issues. Follow the instructions provided in the comment, such as recreating the withdrawal request or verifying payment account details.
Understand Withdrawal Statuses
There are four possible withdrawal statuses:
- Pending: This status indicates that your withdrawal request has been created, and our teams are currently processing it.
- Processed: JustMarkets has successfully processed your withdrawal request, and the funds have been sent to the payment system.
- Completed: The withdrawal has been processed on the payment system's side. Please note that this status doesn't guarantee that the funds have reached your payment account yet, as each payment system has its own transaction time.
- Canceled: Unfortunately, the withdrawal was not successful. You can click on "Details" to view the manager's comment and understand the reason for the cancellation.
Note: As soon as your withdrawal is completed, we'll notify you via email. Therefore, there's no need to continuously refresh the Transaction History page to check for updates.
How to Deal with Withdrawal Delays?
- Check Time Frame: Ensure that the withdrawal time frame has passed. Our clients' withdrawal requests are processed within a short period of time, 24/7 by the Finance Department. The maximum processing time is up to two bank days.
- Provide Account Statement: If the withdrawal is still delayed, send a statement of your payment account to finance@justmarkets.com. The statement should include your full name, account or bank number, and transactions from payment completion to the current date. In case you are sending a screenshot from your online banking, it must clearly display the page URL. Remember that the Personal Area screenshots cannot serve as proof of delayed withdrawals.
Note: Please refrain from sending repeated requests; our team is actively addressing the issue.
