There are only two ways your account can become inactive:
- You requested to deactivate it by yourself.
- The company decides to deactivate it. In this case, you will receive a notification via email.
Checking the Status of Old Personal Area
To check your account status, simply log in to JustMarkets. If your old Personal Area is active, you'll be able to get inside and perform actions there.
Password Restoring
If you've forgotten your password, you can restore it by the following steps:
- Go to this page and click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your email (the one you have indicated during the registration).
- Click "Send." We'll send you a letter with instructions to your email.
- Follow the instructions described in the letter.
- Login to your Personal Area using a new password.
