Still Can't Find Account Details?
If you still haven't found your trading account in the Personal Area, it's likely been archived. Real and demo trading accounts are automatically archived after a predetermined period of inactivity and can't be restored:
- Real accounts: No open trades and zero (or less) balance, no trading activity on the account for 90 days ( MT4) and for 60 days (MT5).
- Demo accounts: No login to the account for 45 days ( MT4) or no trading activity (including no open trades) for 14 days (MT5).
Trading activity is considered to be one of the actions: opening, closing, modifying any position or pending order.
