Why Can't I Find My Country on the List?
JustMarkets doesn't offer or provide services to residents and citizens of certain jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the EU, EEA, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and countries sanctioned by the EU. If you don't see your country listed, it may be among those we do not accept. For a detailed list, you can refer to our list of supported countries.
Why Can't I Set a Password During Registration?
Password Requirements: Your password must be between 8 to 15 characters and include at least one number (0-9), one special character (!$&_()+,'-./:;<=>?@[\]^{|}~), both lowercase and uppercase Latin letters, and at least three unique characters.

- You can't upload more than 2 files at the same time.

Why Can't I Log into My Personal Area?
To log in, visit JustMarkets website and click the login button in the top right corner. You will be redirected to a simple login form where you need to enter your email and password.
Password Recovery: If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?". Enter your registered email and click "Send." Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
Why Can't I Create a Second Personal Area?
JustMarkets policy allows only one Personal Area per client. This ensures each client has a unique and secure trading environment.
