Deposit

  1. Log into your Personal Area (PA).

  2. Go to the Funding → Deposit tab.

  3. From the list of deposit methods, select method "South Africa Local EFT Transfer".

  4. Choose the trading account and currency you would like to fund.

  5. Enter your phone number and bank account number.

  6. Select the document type and enter the document number.

  7. In the "Amount" field, specify the amount you wish to deposit.

  8. The "To be deposited" field will display the final amount, including currency conversion.

  9. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and log in with your bank credentials.

  10. Approve the transaction by clicking "Confirm".

  11. Wait for redirection to the Personal Area or force it by clicking "Redirect now".

  12. Deposit actions are now complete, and funds should soon be reflected in your chosen trading account.


Withdrawal

  1. Log into your Personal Area (PA).

  2. Go to the Funding → Withdrawal tab.

  3. From the list of withdrawal methods, select the method "South Africa Local EFT Transfer".

  4. Choose the trading account and currency you would like to withdraw funds from.

  5. Select your bank in the "Bank name" field and enter your bank account credentials.

  6. In the "Amount" field, specify the amount you wish to withdraw.

  7. The "To be withdrawn" field will display the final amount, including currency conversion.

  8. Click the "Pin code" button to get the authorization code to your email. Fill in the code in the "PIN code" field.

  9. A transaction summary will be displayed. Click the "Withdraw" button to complete the withdrawal action.
