What is the AML Policy

JustMarkets, similarly to the majority of companies providing services on the financial markets, must adhere to principles of Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”).

For this purpose, the Company introduced a strict policy on detection, prevention, and warning of the corresponding bodies of any suspicious activities.

In order to make sure that JustMarkets is dealing with a real person or legal entity, we ensure to perform all the required measure in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations by means of the following:

  • Know Your Customer (“KYC”) and Due Diligence: each JustMarkets client has to complete the verification procedure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Requirements

All the Clients' operations to deposit and withdraw funds have the following requirements:

  • Bank transfers or bank card payments are solely available to your own account/bank card that are registered under your name. It is possible to request a withdrawal only in the same bank or account which you used for deposit.

Note: Deposit or withdrawals using 3rd party accounts are NOT allowed

  • If you have used electronic payment systems, you can withdraw funds only on the systems and accounts used for depositing.

  • In case the method used for the deposit is not available, the funds can be withdrawn via alternative payment methods, using the payment/bank account of the client. In some cases proof of the payment/bank account ownership will be required.

  • If you have used multiple payment options, you should withdraw the deposited amount to the same payment methods.

EXAMPLE:

  1. The first deposit of 112 USD was made via STICPAY

  2. The second one of 28 USD was made via Visa/Mastercard

  3. And 30 USD of profit

So according to AML Policy:

  1. Firstly, you need to withdraw 28 USD via Visa/Mastercard

  2. Secondly, 112 USD via STICPAY

  3. After these withdrawals, you can withdraw your profit via the preferred method.
